PT Como projetar a imagem futura de um conjunto arquitetônico que deve representar a identidade de um parque tecnológico sem possuir o controle sobre os projetos da maioria dos edifícios que serão construídos no local? Em um gesto de unificação, o primeiro ato deste projeto consiste em estabelecer o enquadramento que demarca um território interior formado pela combinação dos diferentes aspectos existentes no sítio, como as interfaces com os galpões industriais vizinhos e a exuberante reserva florestal. Em um segundo momento, este enquadramento incialmente concebido como uma linha de fronteira adquire espessura tornado-se uma galeria de circulação construída em sistema estrutural metálico modular. Esta galeria, além de desempenhar o papel de infraestrutura coletiva de circulação e distribuição da rede mecânica do conjunto, regula o crescimento do masterplan enquanto garante uma imagem unificada e compreensiva do parque tecnológico – pensado para ser formalmente completo em todas as suas três etapas de construção propostas.
EN How to design the future image of an architectural ensemble that should represent the identity of a technology park without having control over the designs of most of the buildings that will be built on the site? In a gesture of unification, the first act of this project is to establish the framework that demarcates an interior territory formed by the combination of different aspects existing in the site, such as the interfaces with neighboring industrial warehouses and the lush forest reserve. In a second moment, this frame initially conceived as a borderline acquires thickness becoming a circulation gallery built in a modular metallic structural system. This gallery, in addition to playing the role of collective infrastructure for circulation and distribution of the mechanical network of the set, regulates the growth of the masterplan while ensuring a unified and comprehensive picture of the technology park – thought to be formally complete in all three of its planned construction phases.
